YES, we do ship worldwide :)
YAWN is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. We highly encourage you to include the package protection and tracking if those options are available to your address.
This is a community platform that allows you to file a claim to receive either a refund or replacement package if the issue falls under one of those three categories.
If your package is lost, stolen or damaged and please feel free to reach out us directly and we can look into your case. We want everyone to be happy and yawning.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?
All orders will be shipped out within 2 business days unless stated otherwise in our shop.
After receiving your shipping confirmation email with tracking information:
Shipping within the United States takes between 5-14 business days depending on the location.
TRACK YOUR ORDER
All shipping confirmation emails are sent out with an assigned tracking number for the shipment.
Please note that some carriers take a few days to update tracking scans however this does not mean that your package isn't in transit.
Upon delivery, we do not require signatures upon receipt and we are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Please purchase Route protection at check out if there is an issue with stolen packages in your area.

FULFILLMENT CENTER DETAILS
As of right now, we are currently fulfilling all orders from the United States via Blackbox to manage shipping and fulfillment. Due to the current volatility of shipping costs, shipping payments will be collected upon checkout and will be based on actual live shipping costs incurred. This will allow us to present the most accurate and up-to-date prices to pass savings on to you!
WE DO NOT SHIP HERE:
Unfortunately, import laws prohibit us from shipping games to certain countries. WE DO NOT SHIP TO: Iran, Kazakhstan, Russia, Ukraine, Venezuela, Afghanistan, and Cuba.
IMPORTANT*
Please ensure that you confirm your order, address, and any other necessary information for us to ship your product to you within the specified timeframe. If we send you an email notification confirming shipment and you do not fulfill your responsibility in providing correct information, and/or receiving the package within the specified timeframe, you agree that we have fulfilled our obligations to you in full for any payment received. In the event that we make two unsuccessful attempts to ship your order to the address you have provided, any further postage or shipping costs to resend your order will be your responsibility.

We recommend reaching out to the shipping service that was selected at checkout with your tracking number to inquire about your package. Shipping companies are third parties, therefore we are unable to see information beyond the tracking link provided.
